Do UC what I see? A star with six points trying to gag me

My last post had to do with the Jewish Zionist lobby trying to curtail free speech on campus by equating anti-zionism with anti-semitism.

This month the UC regents will discuss the issue again.

According to a an LA Times article (March 15), "University of California officials are proposing to include "anti-Zionism" as a form of discrimination that is unacceptable on campus".

Talk about retarded.  Judaism and Zionism are NOT the same thing.  Judaism is a culture; Zionism is a political movement.  Since when is arguing against a political movement "unacceptable discrimination"?  Does that mean we can't argue against communism lest Chinese people get their feelings hurt?  I don't remember trying to protect the feelings of Russian people during the cold war - People riled against "commies" all the time back then.

Tammi Rossman-Benjamin is a lecturer at the University of California, Santa Cruz and co-founder of the organization called "AMCHA" (a Hebrew word meaning 'your people', according to their website).  AMCHA is a McCarthyist-like group that blacklists students and teachers in higher education that speak out against Israel (similar to the group 'Campus Watch').

Rossman-Benjamin claimed that "the intent was not to punish speech but to raise awareness about hostility toward Jewish students. "

Sure lady.  How dumb do you think we are?  I'm insulted.

UC Santa Cruz is one of the most liberal, left-wing (and most likely pro-jewish) campuses in California.

A proposed statement by UC officials a few months prior (in 2015; see previous post) "was criticized by Rossman-Benjamin's group, several regents and others for being too weak and failing to mention anti-Semitism particularly."

I thought racism was racism.  Why do people like Rossman-Benjamin believe that Jewish people need special treatment?  Why do they need to be mentioned separately?  Do they not want to be lumped in with the 'goyim'?  Talk about elitist and racist.  Reminds me of that stupid "Riot Grrrl" Manifesto:

"BECAUSE doing/reading/seeing/hearing cool things that validate and challenge us can help us gain the strength and sense of community that we need in order to figure out how bullshit like racism, able-bodieism, ageism, speciesism, classism, thinism, sexism, anti-semitism and heterosexism figures in our own lives."

I thought racism included anti-semitism, so why mention it separately (unless you think you are somehow more special than everyone else)?  Kathleen Hanna can shut it.
